DALLIEN was founded by developers in 2012. Two founders/principals launched the firm after searching for- but being unable to find- a New York City brokerage and team of agents who they felt were capable of representing a portfolio as if it was their own.

The principals sought to work with agents who understood the nuances of ownership, development, and the operational realities of New York City’s consistently challenging submarkets. Ultimately, they decided to build their own solution: a firm whose agents were trained by developers, for developers- where agents would be equipped to approach their work in brokerage by looking through the very same lenses as the Owners they would come to represent.

Behold, DALLIEN- a boutique brokerage where a collective knowledge has been shaped by individuals who share your same lived experience, owning at scale in New York City. The future of New York real estate belongs to those who build it.

At DALLIEN, we build for legacy.

Over the many years that followed, the principals expanded their development efforts outside of New York, endeavoring across many new markets, through many new multifamily projects, various hotel developments, and more. Yet their Fifth Avenue brokerage has remained- originally created to meet their own needs, now tenured in representing a full suite of domestic and international investors, principals, owner operators, family offices, and sub-institutional real estate groups who have all since recognized the value behind the Principal’s original vision- a brokerage that could create value beyond the previously accepted standard.

Today- with each new letter of appreciation, each new business plan exceeded, or each new record set- that simple concept from 2012 finds itself further validated. As the DALLIEN team enters 2026, our model remains the same, if amplified: Every approach must be bespoke- defined by each unique partnership, where the needs and requests of each Owner remain unwaveringly at the forefront of our collaboration. Strategies are to be defined with clarity, executed with precision, open to iteration, and enacted with intention, and care.
