Gregory Jones

Gregory Jones is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Member of GRJ, LLC, a real estate investment and development firm specializing in multifamily and mixed-use projects. Since 2010, Greg has led GRJ’s investment strategy and capital structuring, helping to reposition or develop more than 2,000 residential units and 300 hotel keys, representing over $1 billion in transaction volume across high-growth markets.

He also co-founded DALLIEN Realty, a Manhattan-based brokerage that has marketed and leased more than 275 buildings and 3,400 units, and Silverbrook Advisors, a Miami-based advisory platform now advising on more than $3 billion in assets.

Across GRJ, DALLIEN, Silverbrook, and Corsair Management, Greg oversees a team of more than 100 professionals across six states. A graduate of Columbia University and Fordham University’s MBA program, he has served on the board of Public Prep Charter School and is active as a youth sports coach in New Jersey where he lives with his family.
