He stands at the helm of The Hudson Team, overseeing operations and managing its collective book of business with a heightened focus on efficiency. Thomas leads the team in providing tangible contributions to redevelopment efforts across a wide variety of multifamily projects and portfolios spanning the East to West Villages, Soho, and Chelsea.

 

His proclivity to problem-solving allows Thomas to time and again assist developers, owner/operators, and clients alike in “surpassing the business plan.” He is known for his proficiency in starting any project to: evaluate, streamline processes, improve systems, and mitigate waste- be it time, energy, or resources.

 

Thomas is driven by the opportunity to outperform expectations.
