As an entrepreneur, Raymond spent over two decades in the fitness and boxing world, first as a top personal trainer, then as the founder of a boutique boxing studio he built from the ground up in Flatiron, followed by a second location in DUMBO. From full construction to design, Raymond has a deep understanding of how to bring a vision to life.
He later launched a luxury fitness and wellness retreat in St. Barts, where his attention to detail and commitment to client experience took center stage. That same energy now drives his work in real estate, helping buyers, sellers, and investors see the full potential of every space, with the clarity and confidence to make it theirs.
