Born into a multi-generational real estate family in Texas, Lilli possesses levels of emotional intelligence and affability that could only come naturally to the goddaughter and granddaughter of two incredible women in real estate.
An early graduate of both high school and business school, Lilli has a long-standing history of setting her mind to something and seeing it through. Always solution-oriented, Lilli shines in her receptiveness and responsiveness to the never-ending pivots that come with transacting in downtown’s most desirable submarkets. She enjoys creating space for people’s needs to be met and prioritizes keeping channels of communication open and approachable every step of the way.
Lilli specializes in luxury, portfolio-wide leasing in downtown Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhoods, namely the West Village, Greenwich Village, and East Village; her deep-rooted understanding of the nuances that drive her submarkets brings value to every transaction. She leverages this knowledge consistently as she and her team exclusively represent over 300 luxury units in these areas alone.
Lilli is known for being able to provide true Southern hospitality within fast-moving markets, never sacrificing the necessity of taking time to educate. Her competitive advantages are found in her understanding, empathy, and warmth; she takes great pride in her ability to always speak from a place of kindness and find depth below the surface.
Outside of work, Lilli enjoys pilates, cooking, and exploring the city with her wonderful dog, Coco.
