His proclivity to problem solve allows Thomas to time-and-again assist developers, owner/operators, and clients alike in “surpassing the business plan.” He is known for his proficiency in starting any project to: evaluate, streamline processes, improve systems, and mitigate waste- be it time, energy, or resources.
