Megan knows New York like a second skin. Living in Manhattan for most of her life, she brings 20+ years of high-level hospitality experience and an unmatched knowledge of the city’s history, streets, and stories. Real estate was a natural evolution—pairing her passion for people with her deep-rooted love of NYC's architecture and energy.

A longtime Upper East Sider, Megan holds a degree in Creative Writing from Hunter College, trained as a professional singer, and is a lifelong lover of poetry, animals, and the arts. A dog rescue owner and former 9/11 first responder, she brings heart, grit, and soul to everything she does.
